Check the disk quota for that user.

I know this is obvious, but is there adequate disk space on the term server? That one user might have a huge profile for some reason. If all is well, check the profile size, is it huge? if so, it may just be timing out trying to load. You can always create another profile for that user and see if it works, there could be a number of problems with the profile. I'm also assuming that you are using roaming terminal server profiles.
