Time zone change not saved

I changed the time zone on my IPAQ about 3 weeks ago from MDT to PDT and everything was fine.  My PCs (desktop and laptop) are also on PDT.  I noticed yesterday that the IPAQ has reverted back to MDT and I cannot change it.

If I click on Home and change the time zone in the pulldown list to Pacific... then click OK, the time changes by one hour but if I open the time dialog again, the time zone is back to MDT.

Also, if I click on Visiting and change the time zone to Pacific... then click OK, the time changes again by 1 hours and when I open the dialog again, the Home button is clicked and the time zone, again, is MDT.  I have installed the DST fix.  Any ideas other than a hard reset?  It takes most of a day to re-install all of the software after a hard reset and I would rather avoid that if possible.

Thanks in advance

As I said in the tags for the message, it's an hx2795b and the DST fix is installed, although I may install it again to see if that helps.

I uninstalled and re-installed the DST fix last night and it seems to be working now.
