office 2003 templates and signatures folder missing on new instillation of office and os.

I have purchased several copies of office 2003 in the past.  We have 2002 and 2003.  I cannot find out how to copy the template folder and the signatures to 2003.

When I saved them i copied them from c:documents and settings\username\a[[;ocatopm data\microsoft.

When I reinstalled the os, i imported all the files and address book.  I cannot find this folder to copy the files i need to it.
