specifying different directories using rar

I am working with rar.exe creating compressed files of my databases.  I am running the following command:
cd X:\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL.1\MSSQL\Test
"C:\Program Files\WinRAR\rar.exe" a -r master.rar master* model*

The command works great taking the master and model folders of my test drive - compressing them and leaving the rar file inside of the test directory - No problems:

here is my question:
Is there any way to get the rar.exe command above  to send the rar file to another directory instead of leaving it in the test directory.
I would like the file once compressed to end up at this directory:
X:\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL.1\MSSQL\CompressBU
