how to install quick time plugin for firefox

Hi all,
I have fedora core 6 with firefox 1.5.0.7
I need to play some quick time movies through the internet but unfortionately there is no firefox plugin for playing quick time movies

do any one of you have a solution for that situation

Mozilla VLC plugin will work
