I am looking for a YAHOO like PC to Phone solution to be integrated to my application. BTW, I have an application which is IM application like Yahoo. &nbsp;We dont want to do the entire SIP stuff.<br />

Does anyone know Call2Phone service providers with User management who can act as a backbone.<br />

Basically, I would like this service provided to be an invisible agent. But they should have web API to purchase user credits, creating users and stuff. Client API in C++/Windows to initiate a call with username, password and phone number.<br />
