Please advise on the setup of RPC over HTTP setup on an SBS 2003 Server.  Thanks.

Run the CEICWizard - that will configure it for you.

Once that is done, you can configure the workstations using the instructions located at http://yourserver/remote - on the right, "configure email over the internet"
