"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

First off you will need a TV Tuner. To take the Composite input.

Then you will need to use Either the programs built in TV watching program or Have a Remote so you can set it up in Vista's Windows Media Center. And you will want to set it up as a Satellite. Because Vista's Midea center is not really built for PS2's. Or you can use the coaxial connection.
