Disclaimer in Outlook Emails

Does anyone know how to add disclaimers to the bottom of email messages sent using outlook via pop3 accounts?

Thanks

Exchange cannot do it.  Can do it using GFI MailEssentials  Feature http://www.gfi.com/

Or the user could do it in their signature.

these aren't for exchange accounts, the are pop3 accounts.  From what I understand, there is a way to modify the ipm.note to add the disclaimer then set the form as defualt.

Pop3 is for receiving, so you want any message that is pulled from the server to automatically have a disclaimer?

sorry i meant smtp.  we have a couple of clients that we need to add disclaimers to the bottom of their outgoing emails.  Unfortunately they are all using signatures and aren't keen on the idea of adding the disclaimer to their signature.  Plus we need this disclaimer to be locked into the message, so anyone receiving the emails cannot remove the disclaimer.
