Powerpoint-like presentations on my website

Is there an application or content management site that allows me to attach pictures, videos and/or rss feeds and allows me to do a powerpoint-like presentation on a loop hosted on a URL on my website? I want people to see my info without having to click on links. I don't want to use powerpoint and I would like to add pictures, videos or my news like the attachment options on common webmail services. Is this something that can be found or something too specific to haveto have it developed?

I agree.  You can easily use something like Camtasia to author it using PowerPoint and then export as Flash.

What if i wanted to change a picture, video? Would i have to redo the presentation? , or if my rss feed changed? does everything get updated?

It would depend on what you used to author your Flash files and how you used them.  To create a website like you've described, you could use just Flash or a combination of Flash and HTML.   I mentioned Camtasia because there is virtually no learning curve (especially if you already know PowerPoint).  If you used it, you'd update the Camtasia files and republish (it makes it pretty easy).
