MS CRM 3 Install Error with Reporting Services

Hi folks. After finally getting reporting services for SQL Server 2005 to actually appear to run OK... ie after giving it it's own application pool in IIS it now no longer spits back that the server is not responding and comes up with a rather un-exciting page that just says "Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services Version 9.00.1399.00" when I put in the internet web address http://reports/reportserver. So I am assuming it is working.

The install of MS CRM 3 is coming back with an error that "Specified path is not a metabase path. Parameter name: path" in regard to the Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services section of the System Requirements check. I have tried http://reports and http://reports/reportserver as possibilities but the same error comes comes up.

Any suggestions?
