Hi there - sorry am tied up in deadlines presently. I tried what you said thank you - one question though, it looks as though that feature is for submitting suggestions for possible inclusion in future versions as against reporting bugs that need immediate attention (or do all roads lead to Rome)?

I have discovered the circumstances that make Microsoft Outlook 2007 hang and none of the fixes they have issued fix problems.
