How do I report Outlook 2007 bugs to Micosoft?

I have discovered the circumstances that make Microsoft Outlook 2007 hang and none of the fixes they have issued fix problems. Is there a website that I can give them feedback so as to get them to address these annoying problems that make the product crash and save me time - I cannot seem to find a customer bug reporting site anywhere (crazy)

Greetings FocusBi !

From within the Office 2007 apps you can
1. Click the Microsoft Office Button [File]
2. Go to the bottom of that menu and select the Options choice.
3. In the Options - select 'Resources'
4. Use the 'Contact us' button.
The web page there has a feedback submission link.

Also, while in the Options Resources turn on the 'Customer Experience' program tool.  The data MS gathered from the last version on usage (anonymous [one 'n' in that spelling <g>] was used to set the baseline on what was changed from 2003 to 2007 and will likely be used for tuning the 2007 version before it is Released to Manufacturing (RTM).

Hope this helps, war1

Hi there - sorry am tied up in deadlines presently. I tried what you said thank you - one question though, it looks as though that feature is for submitting suggestions for possible inclusion in future versions as against reporting bugs that need immediate attention (or do all roads lead to Rome)?

Unless you want to pay for Microsoft help desk, this is the way to contact Microsoft.
