Do u have any idea how can I reduce buffer gets except from using bigger block_size

write more efficient sql and pl/sql.

That's not meant to be funny, but really, to reduce the gets, you need to "get" less data.  Do less work on the db.

Don't process things in loops requerying the same data again and again.
Do use single sql statements to process the data once.

Don't self-join if you don't have to.
Do use analytics to refrence data within the same result-set.

Use scalar subqueries instead of joins to do singleton lookups.
