You can either send it through the BES server which is a royal pain but possible or you can use the blackberry desktop manager and application loader.  Choose your program and sync the unit.

Dear Duffman76,
My BES server does not allow it since handset i have is from one vendor and the Blackberrry service
is from another vendor. So no support from them....

Application loader with version 3.6.23 does not recognize my applications in my blackberry at all !!
Any additional information you would like to know .. let me know ..

Thank you.

Dear Mika1613,
So far - your comment looks apt to me and answers my question directly.
I will try that and then get back ....

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.

Downloading the tools listed in the link will allow you to convert the file.  The RIM JDE is what you need.
