Restrict attachment size

How do I restrict the size of a message attachment on incoming our outgoing messages on my Groupwise 7 server?

    For GroupWise 6, in ConsoleOne, find your GroupWise system, select Gateways and select your GW Internet Agent
    Right click, properties of this object.

    Goto to the access control tab and edit the default policy.
    Here you can edit the emails in and out of your system.

    Yes, I finally found the same screen, tested it out and it works as I wanted.
