Outlook does not display resources as busy

When we schedule a resource using Outlook (using Exchange 2003 Server) the item that has been scheduled (a laptop) appears as "no information available" when you look it up using the calender even though that resource has just been booked.

Each resource has it own account in AD and each account has been recreated just in case they were the source of the issue.

What else would you suggest we could do to solve this issue?
