SQL Server 2005 text fields multi-language.

I have data that is being input to a SQL Server2005 table in different languages.

Everything works...Japanese, Italian, Spanish...blah, blah...blah...

But the russian keeps going in with ????? in places.  Is there a patch I need?

What is the collation for the database, server, column?

Server
SELECT CONVERT (varchar, SERVERPROPERTY('collation'))
SELECT * from ::fn_helpcollations()

database
SELECT CONVERT (varchar, DATABASEPROPERTYEX('database_name','collation'))

column
sp_help table_name

Are you saying that the same column in a table can accept multiple languages? Are there more than one column? Are they in the same table?

You mention Japanese - is it using the Kanji alphabet?
