Windows (kerberos) authentication with ASP.NET 2.0 using login controls and also connecting to SQL Server 2005

I have read a few articles but I would like someone who can advise me on the overall process step by step on something I am trying to do

Use Windows Authentication with ASP.NET Login Controls set up membership and connect to SQL 2005
