How to create "Instant Messaging's passwords" ?
Hi,
1. I do not have any chance to play with "Domino Server".
2. My supervisor has the responsibilities for it.
3. He created "instant messaging's password" for all the users.
4. My question: i) How did he do it? (For Example: Click File > .....)
5. Anybody can help?

The Person DOc in the Domino Directory is in the Public address book called names.nsf on all Domino servers.
You can browse it, but obviously you can not see the passwords.

1. Is this password generated by the system automatically or created by Domino administrator?
2. the reason i asked this questilon: i saw that all the instant messaging passwords are "weird passwords", such as "pepidobi", etc (all my clients asked me : is there any way that they can CHANGE these "weird instant messaging passwords")

As I mentioned, You can not actually see the passwords thenselves, as that would be a violation of security.
You can change them by simply putting a New Internet password in.
In somce cases, the Notes Admin also may be doing a Synch with either AD, or a Lotus Notes ID password, so the change may not remain permanent.

Could I browse it with one of lotus notes client? (Or it is at Domino Server?)
