when this computer shutdown after a work day or power off suddenly and next day when turn on computer and logon to domain, the problem is this idiot PC can't connect to any map folder.
But when i logon to server and change pass logon of this PC,everything work well again.

I am a bit confused - have you got two computers both with the IP address 192.168.1.32? If so change one of them to another IP address.

If the problem may be a result of bad stored credentials then log on as the user, go to Control Panel, User Accounts, Advanced, Manage Passwords and clear the stored credentials
this strange computer has IP :192.168.1.32 and the other PC  is 192.168.1.32.
