I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

This looks to be perfect. Actually...the link provided is to the 2nd in a series of tutorials - covers the creation of a proxy class to aid in testing and discovery. This is the opening column...look to be well written. One thing in particular...the tute demonstrates best practice data access by using the DataAccessApplicationBlock. Assuming familiarity with that should make this a great starting point. [tho i reserve the right to whine about stuff after i code with it a while.]
