Opening a local PDF file using a link within WebBrowser

I am using WebBrowser in my app.

I load HTML into the WebBrowser in a table format. As part of the data on each line of the table, there is a link to a local PDF file.

I am stuck on the way to code the html so that it opens the local file.....

    Something like this....


    Note that spaces must be replaced with %20.

    well, perhaps I accepted too quckly.... your solution didnt' work from the webbrowser table and then open the pdf.

    So, not exactly what I was looking for
