I try to do it, I export the entire outlook key to a file, and in the new computer, I delete the outlook key, and when I try to import, the regedit show me a error, I think that the problem is that are in differents absolute keys
In the old PC the key is somethig like HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-xxxxxx xx-xxxxxxx x-xxxxxxxx -1234\Soft ware\Micro soft\Windo ws NT\CurrentVersion\Windows Messaging Subsystem\Profiles\Outlook
and in the new computer
HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-xxxxxx xx-xxxxxxx x-xxxxxxxx -8888\Soft ware\Micro soft\Windo ws NT\CurrentVersion\Windows Messaging Subsystem\Profiles\Outlook
Then, there are a difference in the keys, and with different keys, the regedit in the new computer can not import.
What can I do?

Outlook save the account settings in registry. You can use the registry edit to move settings from Outlook 2003 machine to Outlook 2003 machine. I have not done so from Outlook 2003 to 2007.
Transfer your accounts settings: Open your registry editor and navigate to the following key:
HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-xxxxxx
Export the entire Outlook key to a file. You've now backed up your email accounts. To restore the backup to another computer, simply import the backup into the new computer's registry. You may need to delete the Outlook key off the new computer first.
