Is the Ellipses ... a single character?

I am filling a form and wish to use the ellipses ... as an indicator that there is additional, hidden text.
Is there a single character that represents the ellipses, or do I require 3 consecutive spaces?
If so, what is that single character?
As a bonus, provide it in C#

Ellipsis is a convention...three periods in a row.  I'm not aware of a font that provides it as a single character.

The Ellipsis is a single special character, and most fonts have it build in as such. You can access it via <ALT><CTL><PERIOD> or <ALT>0133 on the numeric keypad.

Not being a C# programmer, I can't speak to that.

I can access it in the C# IDE using <ATL>0133, but Adobe Courier chokes on it.  Index Error.
Is there a Adobe Courier character that is the Ellipses &?

OK, this is odd. I am looking at the sample character sheet for Adobe Courier (http://www.adobe.com/type/pdfs/AdobeWestern2.pdf) and it shows both the Dagger and the Ellipsis for <ALT>0133. I wonder if that's a bug, they show different Unicode values for them (2020 for the Dagger, 2026 for the Ellipsis).

SyncFusion does not support the Ellipsis in PdfStandard fonts such as Helvetica, but does support Ellipsis in PdfTrueType fonts such as Arial.  So I switched to using Arial, and now it works correctly.
