How do I make new users automatically have an Outlook profile to connect to Exchange?

Title pretty much says it all really. I want new user accounts to automatically have all their exchange settings pre entered in Outlook 2003. Is this something that can be done with group policy?

Personally, I use richprofile for this;

BEWARE - the link on that page is broken - just remove the space and it will work fine.

It is VERY simple to use, and you can run it out of a login script, or on the "default user" start menu on each computer.

Is it possible with the PRF files to template them using the username of the currently logged on user?
