How do block certain websites from user access.

    If you have SBS Premium you can do this via ISA.

    If just the standard version then you could check your router to see if it supports URL filtering and add the sites there, or you could add the domains you want to block out to the host files of each workstation pointing it back to the localhost ( and could manage via group policy.

    I take it from your other question you are using ISA so if you follow my first example & link that will give you a guide to blocking sites
