Error message while installing win 2003 os on a virtual machine

Get this message..
File \3KVS\ntknlmp.exe could not be loaded.
The error code is 7
While installing the OS in Virtual server.

    Try with a new fresh VM. When asked for "F6 SCSI/Raid drives" press F7 for no ACPI configuration.

    Sorr for the late response... I have tried but while pressing F7 there is no change it just comes to the error screen

    What kind of VM are you using?
    MS Virtual PC or Server? VMware Server?
    Try to use another Win 2003 CD
