Copying data from AdvStringGrid  to ListBox.

Hi Experts,

I've got another question concerning AdvStringGrid.

I've got 1 Column available on the AdvStringGrid  and need to copy it's contents to a ListBox.

Just the field contents header.

    Wow...was that all I needed to do :o/  hehehe I got it to work by creating a whole loop! I don't know why I complicate my life so much!

    Your's works perfect, so I'm using your's instead of my loop!!. Thanks a million :o)

    Remember, a stringgrid's columns and rows are TStringLists, well actually they are of type
