Trouble burning pictures to my DVD's

I have a Lightscribe DVD+-Writer / CD Writer Model: TSST Corp CD/DVDW TS-H652L.  I am trying to simply burn pictures or songs onto a DVD+RW disc and it is not letting me.

What I am doing:  I open my E drive with the DVD in it.  Drag pictures into the drive.  Then it says that files are ready to be written to CD.  Click "write these files to CD".  CD Writing wizard opens.  I name the CD.  Hit next.  Then it says "The disc in the drive is not a writeable cd or it is full.  This is a blank DVD.

What do you think is the problem?

Thanks all.

If you are using the integrated XP burning utility, that doesn't support DVD's. You'll have to get yourself a burning software that supports DVD's, like the free CDBurnerXP or Nero (not free).

    Brilliant.  Worked like a charm.
