The number next to each 4-digit value is the total number of closed loops in the appearance (drawing) of each of the 4 digits.
0 = 1
1 = 0
2 = 0
3 = 0
4 = 1
5 = 0
6 = 1
7 = 0
8 = 2
9 = 1
