Font Colors do not display

In Outlook and Excel - if a font is changed to a different color - the color will not display.  Remains black.  If you copy it to Word - it displays properly.   In Outlook the problem is the same with creating a signature.... fonts dont show colors.  Same thing happens in Dreamweaver 4.

Greetings cwhatley !

Go to MS Outlook > Tools > Options > Mail Format > Stationery and Fonts.

Click Fonts > Set your Fonts > Go to bottom and Check "Always use My Fonts"
Also enable "When composing plain text".

Hope this helps, war1

Sorry - I sent the possible solution to the client - the solution did not work.   I suggested she call Dell as they are the ones who re-loaded her WIndows XP Home version...

Granular recovery for Microsoft Exchange

With Veeam Explorer for Microsoft Exchange you can choose the Exchange Servers and restore points you’re interested in, and Veeam Explorer will present the contents of those mailbox stores for browsing, searching and exporting.

Client has been working with Dell tech support - still has not found solution.  They are planning to walk her through a clean re-install of Windows XP.   I would like to delete this question as none of the answers submitted were correct for this situation.
Thanks!
