I am using a Win XP Pro PC on a 2003 Family network. To access our company ERP (Syteline 6), we publish the app through Citrix Metaframe XP. Ever since our main databse crashed, some people have been able to connect and some cannot. If you go to apps.ourcompanyname.com it pops up a login screen and I dutifully comply. Next, it shows the menu off applications, I select the ERP menu and it shows a list of my databases. I click on my database and it displays a blue/teal screen (like the default Win 98 desktop with no icons). Why doesn't my Citrix app load up?
