Outgoing reply e-mails... formatting is messed up.

In MS Outlook 2007, I have formatting set to html with a signature.  The following problem ONLY occurs when I'm replying to an e-mail useing HTML and also Rich Text.   When I use quotation marks or apostrophes they are at the bottom of the letters rather than the top.  It works just fine if I set it to plain text but I don't want to do that because then my signature looks plain and boring.  This was not an issue until upgrading from 2003 to 2007.

PCGalOfCal,

If you are using the same signature from Outlook 2003 in Outlook 2007, that could be the problem.  Recreate the signature in Outlook 2007.

Here is how to create a signature in Outlook 2007

Greetings PCGalOfCal !

Outlook 2007 automatically uses MS Word as editor when selecting HTML format.  In MS Word options menu, make sure settings related to quotation marks are set correctly.

Hope this helps, war1

Thanks for the comment War1 but I'm not and the clients anymore and I need to call her with a solution and walk her threw it over the phone (or thats the plan anyway). To make it a little harder I don't have Office 2007 running at my office, only 2003.  I need more info. if possible.  "Settings related to quotation marks are set correctly"... doesn't help me much right now.  Thanks
