Do I have to add connectors to the CAS server to communicate with the Exchange server2007 and for internet?

I have installed a n Exchange server, and I would like to install in my LAN a CAS server. After the installation of this CAS server, do I have to add a connector to the Exchange 2007, and another one to the internet.

    CAS is just client access. It has nothing to do with email transport. Therefore you will not need any connectors on that server.
