Need Helping getting Gaim or Trillian to work with MS Live Comm Server

I understand that GAIM and/or Trillian can work with MS Live Communicatoins Server.

Is there any documentation that describes specifically how to do this?  I have my server name, e-mail address and username/password, and I've been infromed that our LCS is using SIP.
