You might also try doing the send with outlook closed. &nbsp;Apparently, there are issues if outlook is open when you execute the command.

I have tried both setting Outlook to the default mail program and trying when it's closed. I still get the same errors.

Turn off the UAC, and try again.<br />
<br />
Also check the IE settings, lower the security level temporarily.<br />
