owa not working after update CA certificate

My system is exchange2003 on win2003, some users use outlook in the Local office, Some users useoutlook in branch offie( rdp over https), some users use webmail (ssl). A week ago the branch office users can not access the email with outlook, the ssl CA (from startcom)expires, they still can user webmail. Today I replay the CA certificate wirh a new one, I replace use mcc certificate delete the old one import the new one, After that webmail cannot work, only local user with outlook is ok.
I type https://exchange.aaa.com http://exchange.aaa.com http://locaknn/exchange https://locann/exchange
all display page cannot display or cannot found.
I restart IIS and I also reboot the Server, still nothing happen.

i chech the logfile it stop !

or //aaa/exchange
alway can not display
even in the lan it no working,

It is a SSL CA issue. I change the CA with windows2003 own CA. The OWA now working
But the outlook (rdp/https) still not working, I already install the CA on the client!
