stuck curser

I just did a clean install of xp pro on a shuttle micro pc, installed drivers everything was ok, loaded office 2003 pro and updated both, everything seemed to be fine untill i opened IE then the mouse curser stuck, mouse is still working i can see items highlite as i move mouse but the curser wont move..

If this happens again after a reboot, check the shuttle site for driver updates.

Just select your model and have at.

Meanwhile, do you have any yellow exclamation points next to any of the devices in Device Manager? Does the cursor issue *only* occur in Internet Explorer? Do you have to reboot to get it to work in other programs, or is closing IE sufficient? Are the operating system (Windows) and Office 2003 the *only* programs that are installed so far, or are there others that may have impact?
