"Windows - No Disk" Exception processing message c0000013. Parameters 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c."
Hi Everyone:
I am wanting to help a friend with the following error message: "Windows - No Disk"
Message: "Exception processing message c0000013. Parameters 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c."
This error message was noticed under the following conditions: When superantisyware was started to scan for problems. The same error message appears when he a flash drive or printer is interfaced with the USB port.
On a side note also, the hard drive is not C:\; anymore. Instead, it is E:\ . At this point, I am not sure where to start in making sense of any of these things going wrong. However, I am confident a resolution will come through to this problem through the feedback obtained within this post.

Hi Everyone:
Apparently, the exception error was caused by some corrupt anti-spyware installed. After my friend manually removed Giant AntiSpyware and SpyBot Search and Destroy, the problem was resolved.
