ati graphics issue

I have a IBM t40p thinkpad lenova, it has a ATI firegl 9000 graphics embedded GPU, it is has svideo output, i want to be able to play movies from it to my tv, the issue is that all the graphics drivers i DL from Ati's website dont work, the regular drivers work fine  but i need the display function like catalyst control panel.  where are the drivers for this please help anyone, thanks

i am little confused, so do i need to have ati's regular drivers installed and then download the catalyst suite and then run the mod is this correct?

You would download the Catalyst Software Suite (which includes the driver and catalyst software) then let it extract (but do not run the install yet). Once that is done you just run the DriverMod and browse to wherever the suite extracted to (default is c:\ATI\Support) then hit modify, I believe once it's done being modified it automatically starts the install so at this point everything should be like you were installing the driver normally.
