How do I setup a domain catch all in Exchange 2003?

I want to catch all email going to @company.com where a user does not exist with that name. How do I do this?

This catchall script will do it -> http://blogs.brnets.com/michael/archive/2005/12/28/1894.aspx

It is not straight forward, but then again, catchall mailboxes should be avoided anyway.
