First you need some kind of nameserver if you want to use khadamat name in address bar. Easiest way to use this is to add your computers IP address to another computers hosts file and give it this name you want to use. This hosts file can be located in C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc directory. There you should add line for example

192.168.0.100 khadamat

And with this line you can ping your computer from this computer just entering ping khadamat. And also from web browser when you enter this name in address bar, it tries to connect to your computer.

In your computer you must set up web server and set document root to e:\khadamat

Hope this helped.

After creating the virtual directory you also need to check the permission settings on that vitual directory
