Office Service pack 3 TIff file association

We just rolled out service pack for office.  It for some reason deleted the file association  for tiff which we use for our main claim database.  Is there way to put it back to everyone with out having to do it to eveyrone's PC.  We want to do it on a server level.

Take the tiff file association .reg from here:
http://www.dougknox.com/xp/file_assoc.htm
then apply it to all your computers using some policy:

I have the same problem, but we would like the TIF to open with Microsoft Office Document Imaging instead. What do I need to modify in that registry key to change that? Thanks!

I have modified the file so now it sets the default program to Microsoft Office Document Imaging. I'm attaching it to this thread so hopefully someone will get some use out of it. Save the file but change the file extension to .reg Enjoy!
