every time i start outlook 2007<br />

This all happened after she uninstalled her symantec anti-virus program and reinstalled another antivirus program.<br />
is there a fix for this/ or should i just uninstall microsoft outlook and reinstall the program?<br />
i wouldn't think i will have to go that far but am not sure?<br />
