Office 2007, cannot open hyperlinks

one my users is experincing this error message,

"this operation has been cancelled due to restrctions in effect on this computer"

when he tries to open any hyperlink in the office 2007 suite. He cannot open any hyper link both Outlook and Word. He is set to administrator so he shouldnt have this problem. I am thinking about reinstalling Office, but I would like to aviod that if possible.

does anyone have a quick solution for this?

    The problem is likely a corrupt registry key in Internet Explorer. Here are some fixes:

    The Solution from the link above worked perfectly!  I made the registry changes and links in Outlook finally worked, Thx!
