Users, after logging in, are getting a NT pop-up screen prompting them for a username and password.  If they submit their username and password, it continues to prompt.  I have checked accoutns the domain accounts are up to date.  Suggestions///

Verify that they are in the remote desktop users group for the Citrix server. I add the authenticated users group to that group. Check the Citrix client to see if you have pass through authentication turned on.

Have they ever been able to logon? Can the admin logon with issue? If so, then it is probably a security issue.

I have authenticated users for RDP.  I am not for sure what you mean by the
pass through authentication".

In the Citrix client under file-application set settings-login information, you can specify user supplied credentials, smart card or local user with pass through authentication.

Is there a way to do it on the server?  Right now I have the server set to explicit.  This requires the user to login with domain username and password.  As a result, they can login.  Their complaint is the they get prompted afterwards.  I think it may be that the GPO didn't have "A;ways prompt client for password upon connection" disabled.  Ideas?

The only other thing I have done is to make one PC - Citrix client the way I want, then copy the pn.ini from that PC to the other PCs via logon script. I don't know if this will work with authentication, but it works great if you have clients in different subnets than your servers and you need to tell the client the server names.

After placing the GPO update in and leaving the login to explicit, we are still having issues.. any other ideas?
