The error message I get is:-

RegSvr32

usage:regsvr32[/u] [/s] [/s] [/i] [:cmdline]] dllname
/u-           Unregister server
/s-           Silent; display no message boxes
/i-            Call DllInstall passing it an optional [cmdline]; when used with /u calls dll uninstall

Hi, from your description of the error message it sounds more like your internet browser is corrupt rather than regsvr32. Regsvr32 is for registering dll's into your system. If you only get the error when you launch your browser you might want to try reinstalling that first.
