Run time error '2645' - Option Label deleted

I inadvertently deleted my OptionLabel2 on the Switchboard.  Is there any way to add it back?  I don't want to lose the rest of the work that I've done on the switchboard by starting from scratch.

Thanks!

Thanks - I am a total beginner at Access. How do you add the blank label?
No, I don't have a backup. It was just created today.
ok ... sure

Open the Switchboard form in Design view
Form the Access Menu, click View Toolbar
On the toolbar, you will see an icon that is 'Aa' - which is the label tool.
Click it once and release ... then click and drag a label onto the switchboard.
If you don't already see the Property sheet ... Menu>>View>>Properties.

Set the properties I mentioned above.
