Sharing folders in Outlook

How do I setup Outlook to share my contacts folder with other computers in my office ?

with Exchange only if its installed. If you don't know Exchange it can be costly and It's not simple to setup.

ok then you are using pop. What I suggest doing is exporting your contacts that you want to share as a windows cvs file and eexporting them into every persons outlook that you want to share contacts with.

You cannot share your contacts without the exchange server. so you have to export your contacts as a PST file & save it some where on the network and tell everyone to import the PST file in their account.

i know i can share my contacts info by exporting and importing, but i don't want to do that all the time. isn't there a way to set this up so it's automatic?  Like with the exchange server or business contact manager like was said above? Thanks for both your posts.
