I have a distribution list email address that is moderated. I want users to be able to send to this email address which then gets forwarded to a distribution list... but I don't want anyone to be able to reply to the email.

How do I do this in Exchange 2003?

    You cannot.
There is nothing that you can do to stop people from hitting reply.
The most you could do is use BCC to send to the list, so that the From field is blank.

If the list is moderated though, the message shouldn't be distributed anyway.
